Exit is part of Christ’s church—His bride—and we share in His mission to make disciples of all people. In recent years, God has blessed us with steady growth as more people join us in worship and take steps of faith. We are grateful for the building the Lord has provided, but it no longer meets the needs of our growing church family. Our parking, kids’ spaces, and sanctuary are all stretched to capacity.
In God’s kindness, He opened the door to a new building that will fully support our ministry needs. Now that we own this space, we plan to renovate it by adding a dedicated sanctuary, updated restrooms, a small warming kitchen for coffee, and several children’s classrooms. As the project progressed and our plans were finalized, we encountered a gap between the funds already raised and the total cost needed to complete these essential renovations.
This gap emerged for two main reasons. First, during the state approval process, additional fire walls were required beyond what we initially anticipated, increasing construction costs while also ensuring greater safety for everyone in the building. Second, while our original design called for an open-concept sanctuary and foyer, experience during Fall Fest and worship gatherings revealed significant acoustical challenges that made communication difficult. As a result, we adjusted the plan to include a dedicated, enclosed sanctuary that better supports teaching, worship, and fellowship.
To complete these updates and move into our new home, our goal is to raise an additional $550,000. We invite you to prayerfully consider partnering with us financially so that we can finish this work and continue welcoming those God is bringing to our church.
