About Membership
We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming a member at Exit!
Membership is about two things:
Membership is about two things:
1. Helping you get to know Exit—who we are, how we operate, and what we believe.
2. Giving us a chance to get to know you personally—your story, your faith, and how God has shaped you.
Think of membership as a way of saying, “I’m all in.” It’s a commitment both ways: you to the church family, and the elders and members to you. Membership is also how our elders intentionally pray for and care for you.
The Membership Process
1. Watch the Membership Course Videos
Start by watching the three membership course videos. Each session comes with a handout for you to follow along. If you’re married, we encourage you to go through these together so you can talk about any questions that come up. These courses are also available in the mobile app.

4. Membership Interview with the Elders
Once we’ve received your testimony, we’ll contact you to schedule an interview with one of our elders and one of our members. Don’t worry—this isn’t meant to be intimidating! Our goals are simply to:
5. Sign the Membership Covenant
The final step is signing the covenant, usually during your membership interview.

- Jesus as Lord – Share how you’re seeking to follow Him wherever He leads.
